It is with deep regret that we inform you of the death of retired Police Officer’s wife, Elsie Muir, who died on Monday 6th October 2025, aged 87 years.
Elsie was the beloved wife of retired Durham Police Inspector, David Muir.
Elsie is survived by husband David, son Stephen, daughters Helen and Sharon and grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service is to be held at 11.00am Tuesday 28th October 2025 at Darlington Crematorium, Carmel Road North, Darlington DL3 8RY
Family flowers only, donations in lieu will be gratefully received following the service.
