Barry joined Durham County Constabulary in 1963 and transferred to the Mounted Branch, Harperley Hall 1967 and retired 1984. (Died 27th July, 2010 aged 73 years. http://www.durhamnarpo.com/2010/07/death-of-retired-police-officer-pc1056.html )
Do any of you mounted branch officers know the name of the police horse ??
